ONE DAY PROGRAM

The Communicate Relate program teaches students how to have an ‘essential exchange’ (high-stakes conversation). Using positive psychology concepts and research, the program provides students with the tools to successfully navigate through challenges they face within their relationships. Consequently, students are empowered to build the confidence and capacity to speak out, tackle issues, make changes and take appropriate risks. This program is currently being evaluated.
